Godparent/Sponsor Letter Request

Active, registered parishioners may request a Godparent/Sponsor Letter of Eligibility by completing the form.

Once your request is received, if you fulfill the Church eligibility requirements, we will send a Letter of Eligibility to the address you have provided.  If you are unsure if you qualify to be a Godparent/Sponsor, you can view the guidelines by clicking here.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date of your request for it to be processed, mailed, and received by the appropriate parish.
