Adult Formation Opportunities
In addition to the Adult Segment at each of the L.I.F.E. sessions offered during the year there are a variety of other opportunities for adults to engage in formation activity. There is a weekly Bible Sharing group, as well as, a Centering Prayer group, which meets on a regular basis in the parish.
Adults who wish to become involved in a more in depth and intensive formation experience may wish to become involved in the Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation, (VLCFF) which began in 1997 as an Internet based distance learning initiative of the Institute for Pastoral Leadership at the University of Dayton, Ohio. Pathways, the diocesan-sponsored program, which provides participants with the basic knowledge and skills that will help individuals more fully understand and respond to their baptismal call is also available through the Diocese of Greensburg.
