Pastor 

The pastor, when assigned by the diocesan bishop, is responsible for the overall life of the parish. He supervises the parish staff, his closest collaborators, consults with the Finance Council and Pastoral Council. He also serves as a common link between and among the parish staff, finance council, and pastoral council. In addition, he is ultimately responsible for visioning and planning for the parish in consultation with pastoral council and finance council.
