Parish staff

The parish staff consists of professional, paid employees, hired by and answerable to the pastor alone.  They are hired for their expertise in their respective fields and thus provide an invaluable asset to the pastor and the parish.

Their insight is expected to be a part of any decision making process in the parish. The number of staff is predicated on the needs and complexity of parish operations and the parish budget. The parish staff is responsible for the day-to-day ministry and operation of the parish under the supervision of the pastor, and in accordance with their respective job descriptions. The staff members also provide consultations, advice and resources to both finance and pastoral council endeavors.
