Leadership in the Parish

Leadership in any parish is comprised of the following components: the pastor, the parish staff, the pastoral council, and the finance council. An effective working relationship in and amongst these various entities is essential for effective advancement of the mission of Jesus Christ within the parish and its people.

Our Lady of Grace parishioners have access to all four components, but many are only familiar with the pastor and staff, since their roles are more apparent.
